Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)  are a globally recognized governing body, and everything they do is designed to have a positive impact on everything relating to both the man-made, built environments and the natural world.

They have a set of highly respected global standards to which, as members, we are held responsible, meaning that we are a part of their leading professional progression, trusted data and insights, and we are required to promote and enforce their highest professional standards in the development and management of land, real estate, construction and infrastructure. Working alongside RICS provides us with a foundation to improve local land and properties, and to provide better places to live and work, which is undoubtedly a force for positive social impact.

RICS have over 134,000 highly qualified trainees and professionals; a number that we are proud to be a part of, and has offices in ever significant financial market, meaning they are well placed to influence policy and embed their standards within marketplaces in order to protect consumers and businesses. By partnering with RICS we can be part of their innovation, high standards, and progress the development of land, property, spaces and places so that they are fit for future generations.

As members of RICS we are strictly bound by their codes of conduct, which have the following core principles:

  • Proportionality

  • Accountability

  • Consistency

  • Targeting

  • Transparency

We adhere to the RICS Ethical Standards at all times, and regularly keep up to date with RICS CPD to ensure that we have the most up to date knowledge.

Valuations are done to the RICS Valuation Global Standards, and our Condition Reports, Homebuyer Reports and Building Surveys are completed using the official RICS Templates to which we subscribe, to ensure the latest versions are always used.
